Hewlett Packard's latest offering for schools is the G9 series which is a sleek black version of the G8 series.
It looks great, but is it repairable?
Well sort of... The LCD and Keyboard are replaceable, but we find only 1 USB-C charging port on the MediaTek version and the WiFi card is soldered on to the motherboard. So WiFi issues that would be fixable with a new card are not now. The motherboard is very small and there is a lot of extra room on the bottom housing. The headphone jack is the same as the G8 series and can be replaced by soldering.
