Before sending in your item please read the terms below, you will be agreeing to these terms and conditions by sending in your device for repair.

WEBSCOUTS will not be responsible for the following:

Loss of data, software or applications during repair. It is your responsibility to back your unit up prior to sending the device in for repair.

WEBSCOUTS will not be responsible for any damage during transit to us. You must ensure you have followed the shipping company’s guidelines to ensure your device is sufficiently insured to its value before sending it to us.

You must ensure the device is packaged and wrapped correctly following USPS/UPS/FEDEX or your chosen shipping company’s guidelines and please include a copy of your repair confirmation email.

If you send a device in and decide not to go ahead with repairs or do not accept further repairs, if they are required then you will be required to pay a $20 diagnostic fee.

I agree to the company recycling my device if I have not made contact or payment for a repair within 90 days to cover costs.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty details

All of our repairs carry a lifetime workmanship warranty. This does not cover broken glass or accidental damage. Should your device suffer the same faults as it was sent in with then we will ask you to return it to us with a description of the issues. If they are related to the initial repair, your device will be repaired and returned free of charge.

If the fault differs and is unrelated then we will email you with a quote and fault diagnosis, if you decide not to go ahead you will be responsible for paying the return postage and diagnostic fee.

Our warranty excludes any units that have suffered any accidental damage, misuse, negligence or improper use, cracked screens or wear and tear.

We request the unit is returned to us up to 3 times within the warranty period before offering a refund if the issue is ongoing.

Under no circumstances will WEBSCOUTS be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from any repairs carried out by WEBSCOUTS. We will not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property arising from or in the due course of using your unit.

Accessories and Boxes

Please do not send any original boxes, covers or cases, accessories, USB chargers or headphones in with your repair order, as they will not be returned. We use specially designed packaging to ensure your unit is returned safely. If you choose to ignore the above conditions then we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage while the unit is in our care.

Data Protection and Privacy Statement:

At WEBSCOUTS we are committed to protecting your data. All our staff are trained in data protection and have signed confidentiality agreements prior to joining the company. We would only share your data if it was a requirement of the law.

We only collect your information for the fulfillment of your order. This is your name, telephone number and email address. This is never shared with third parties or used for any marketing purposes.

All of the completed repairs are sent out via USPS Priority or FedEx. WEBSCOUTS is not liable for any packages damaged or lost during inbound shipping. If you have a shipping issue, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
