Fill out the Service Repair Order form. Please ensure the device is packaged and wrapped correctly for shipping or available for pickup by our local courier. Please do not send original boxes, covers or cases, accessories, ac adapters or headphones in with the repair order, as they might not be returned.
Yes! We offer flat rate pricing for all repairs. Everything is included in the service. Parts, labor and delivery fees are including in the the listed price. If a repair is more than the current price list, we will send a quote before performing any work.
Once repaired, we will send a Square online invoice that can be paid with credit card or check. If you have a purchase order, please contact us for more information. We also accept direct deposit from Bill.com and Paymode-x.
Yes! All repair orders placed before 9am will be picked up by 2pm that day in Colorado Springs. Otherwise the next business day.
We now offer free FedEx inbound and return shipping for 2 or more devices. Use your own box to pack up the devices and we will send you a label and pickup schedule. A single device shipping fee is $30.
